During this session, here's what you can expect:

In just 2 hours, my intention is for you to develop a profound awareness of how running can be a gateway to experiencing flow as a transformative movement practice.

I will be your guide throughout this workshop, sharing valuable insights, teaching practical strategies, and facilitating engaging group discussions. You'll also have the opportunity to immediately implement what you've learned through interactive exercises.
