Connect To Reconnect is a sacred space to rediscover and love yourself deeply through practice & connecting collectively. It’s a holistic experience that invites you to feel, move, express, inquire, and connect with yourself and others.
Together we will journey towards self reconnection through non-linear somatic movement, embodied asana, guided meditation, introspective journaling, story telling, listening and sharing.
We have created this space to offer you a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals whilst providing yourself with essential emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual care.
