Our Free to Flow Group Program is a simple, intuitive and therapeutic method for finding your flow through running.

This 8 week program is designed to empower and connect you to the wisdom of your own physical body, through the movement practice of running, to truly embody and experience what it means & feels like to flow.

Moving away from the masculine approach of running associated with fitness, striving, achieving and performing, we want to show you the art of running as a mind-body therapy tool to help to support your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
